Hello my Lovlies.  It's been near 100 degrees here in Oregon the last couple of days. With that in mind, the last thing I wanted to do is cook inside.

That being said I searched the
internet to find some grilling ideas and 
I found these awesome foil pack recipes on the Pillsbury website.

How to Rock Foil Packs

Fill. Fold. Grill. Our go-to summer dinner is delicious and involves zero clean-up.

Caprese Chicken Foil Pack

Step 1: Fill + Fold

Spray your foil first to avoid any sticky situations. Then load it up with your favorite filling! (We love this new recipe for Caprese Chicken Foil Packs. Now fold the top before sealing each end. Pro tip: Put the folded packs on a baking sheet to keep the kitchen-to-grill journey drip-free.

Step 2: Fire Up the Grill

Place your foil pack over medium heat and cover. Grill (or bake in your oven, if that’s your preference) according to recipe instructions. The cook time will vary depending on the fillings and temp of your grill.

Step 3: Dig In!

Use tongs to pull the packs off the grill and later to (gingerly) peel back the foil. Serve on a plate with sides and fixings, or just eat your meal straight off the foil. So simple, yet so delicious.
